We placed a ubiquitous newspaper bin in the middle of town. But instead of newspapers, it appeared to have a bunch of puppies inside. The tight, over-crowded quarters of the space represented the shocking conditions that puppy mill dogs live in. To convey the foundation and steadiness of the company, I chose to dissect and reveal the history of the original Nathan’s Famous Nickel Hot Dog Stand in Coney Island, New York. The loud chaotic cover references the overwhelming signage of the original stand, and the structured interior of the report represents the organization of the inner-workings of the company.
